RADIO TEAM AGREEMENT

The Employee of the Radio Team agrees that he will at all times faithfully, industriously, and to the best of his/her skill, ability, experience and talents, perform all of the duties required of his/her position. In carrying out these duties and responsibilities, each Radio Presenter shall comply with all Trybe City policies, procedures, rules and regulations, both written and oral, as are announced by the Company from time to time. It is also understood and agreed to by the company that the Radio presenter’s assignment, duties and responsibilities and reporting arrangements may be changed by the Employer in its sole discretion without causing termination of this agreement.

Entire Agreement

This agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties, superseding in all respects any and all prior oral or written agreements or understandings pertaining to the employment of the Employee by the company and shall be amended or modified only by written instrument signed by both of the parties hereto.

Maintenance Fee Payment

There are two packages for the Radio Membership: The Students’ Package, and The Non- Students Package.
The Students Package is for those who are generally still students of either secondary or any tertiary institution and are looking forward to project their broadcasting career. For this package, you are required to pay a token of ₦500 monthly. Monthly payments can also be paid in advances. Meanwhile, kindly note that the slots for this package is limited so it would be given on a first come first serve basis.
On the other hand, the Non-Students Package is meant for those who are generally not a student of any institution but are still looking forward to projecting their broadcasting career; or a show presenter who is willing to get their shows across to a larger audience. For this package, a token of ₦1,000 is to be paid. It can also be paid in advancements and a year’s payment is slated for ₦10,000.

This fee is however, to be paid in order to cover partly for the monthly Radio Hosting, show space and also some primary maintenance required for the constant operation of The Trybe City Radio Server.
This payment should also be a means of showcasing commitment of the Radio Presenters to the whole process as the radio requires consistency for it to keep running and attract more listeners; also to give Investors reasons to invest in the brand. Kindly note that this fee does not fully cover for the Radio Hosting charges as it is just a small percentage of its total cost.

Certification

After a year, at the end of the whole process of working under Trybe City Radio, you will be awarded a certificate of internship or work reference, stating that you are a certified Radio Presenter having worked for Trybe City Radio for a year and you are recommended to work for any other Radio station.

Identify

As an intern of Trybe City Radio , you will be required to pay #1000 to get
– Your ID card
– A trybe City Wrist band
– A trybe City jotter

Payment isn’t compulsorily needed to be paid ASAP , you are required to make this payment within 60 days of working with the brand (we believe within 60 days you would have made your decision on working with Trybe City)

Confidentiality

During the course of this Agreement, it may be necessary for Company to share proprietary information, including trade secrets, industry knowledge, and other confidential information, to Employees in order for you to complete the Duties and Responsibilities. Employee will not share any of this proprietary information at any time. Employees will also not use any of this proprietary information for his/her personal benefit at any time. This section remains in full force and effect even after termination of the Agreement by its natural termination or the early termination by either party.

Intellectual Property

Employee agrees that any content provided to him/her by Company in order to perform Duties and Responsibilities, including but not limited to, images, videos, and texts, copyrights or trademarks, remains solely owned by the Company.
Employee agrees that any content provided by Intern to the Company in the course of performing Duties and Responsibilities, including but not limited to, images, videos, and text, copyrights or trademarks, is solely and legally owned by Employee but Employee grants Company a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any such content in connection with Employee’s Duties and Responsibilities. Any materials developed by the Company, making use of the content, remains the sole property of the Company. Any work product an Employee may create during the course of this Agreement remains the sole property of the Company.
Note: A possible breach in any of the items on this contract would lead to termination of this contract. Any further inquiry would be attended to by the Chief Financial Officer.
This contract lasts for a period of 6 months and will be reviewed after 6 months.
